About Us

Kimberly Welch (Certified in Wedding Coordination and Design)is a very well respected individual in the Wedding and Events Community in Las Vegas. She fell into the Events Business by accident, but once she was there she truly loved what she was doing! She was able to explore the colors, design, decor and most importantly the people involved with events.
Raised in Northern New York Kimberly has always had an affinity for elements of structural design and aesthetics. Kimberly graduated from SUNY Brockport in Brockport, NY in 2006

Site visit; draft event layout including rain plan layout.
Vendor Recommendations.
Catering Coordination.
Facilitate rental order.
Wrap up meeting.
Final walk through at wedding site.
Preparation of production schedule and time-line for wedding day.
Preparation and distribution of time-line to wedding party and family.
Ceremony structure/logistics (processional, layout, recessional).
Contact all vendors, review contract terms, and confirm arrival/set up/strike times.
Overall management of rehearsal, ceremony and reception, including set-up and strike.
